Position Overview
We are looking for driven, ambitious individuals ready to launch their careers in sales. As an Account Representative, you will be on the front lines of our growth, connecting with new clients, uncovering needs, and showing them how SIPS can help transform their operations. No experience? No problem. We will provide training, tools, and mentorship to turn your passion and drive into measurable success. Within your first year, you will learn the fundamentals, build your pipeline, and close deals with full support from our team. With consistent performance, you can expect to earn $55,000+ in year one, and top performers have the potential to earn even more.
Job Functions
- Jump in and learn proven sales techniques through hands-on training and mentorship.
- Actively prospect and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, and networking.
- Lead introductory conversations with potential clients to uncover needs and introduce SIPS solutions.
- Partner with senior sales leaders on research, outreach, and proposal development.
- Keep your pipeline organized and up-to-date in our CRM system.
- Be a team player by sharing ideas, collaborating with peers, and celebrating wins together.
- Hit and exceed activity goals and revenue targets, showing that your hard work delivers real results.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $35,000 per year
- Commission: Uncapped earning potential with performance-based accelerators
