Description Robert Half is actively partnering with an Austin-based client to identify a Social Media Specialist (contract). In this role, you will partner closely with other creative team members to develop meaningful brand content to share across multiple social channels. This role is onsite 2-3 days in Austin, TX. Key Responsibilities: + Own social media strategy and content development across multiple channels, including LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. + Manage social content scheduling, moderate community interactions, and respond to messaging to create meaningful engagement with the brand. + Identify tactics that increase reach, subscribers, and engagement across platforms. + Monitors competitor and outside ecosystem influencers to benchmark engagement and innovation. + Monitor analytics and performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to drive engagement and growth. + Produce compelling written content and partner with brand team on multimedia asset creation that resonates with diverse audiences. Requirements Qualifications: + 4+ years of social media experience + Excellent written, verbal, and cross-functional communication skills, experience working with senior stakeholders + Proven experience managing organic social media campaigns across multiple platforms + Experience developing social media strategy, including planning, content creation, A/B testing, and measurement + Experience pitching and communicating content and its connection to the business + Proven ability to work within tight deadlines, adjust to changes in priorities, and balance short-term needs with long-term strategic initiatives + Portfolio showcase content development and/or prior social campaigns (plus) Contract Benefit Offerings: + Healthcare (medical, dental, and vision plans) + 401(k) and retirement plans + Commuter benefits + Employee and vendor discounts + Employee Assistance Program (EAP) + And many more!
