We are seeking a skilled Electric Pump/Motor Mechanic to join a local team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience diagnosing, repairing, and rebuilding a wide range of electric motors, pumps, gearboxes, and related equipment. This role plays a key part in keeping customer equipment operating safely, efficiently, and reliably.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electric motors, pumps, and mechanical systems.
Tear down, inspect, and rebuild motors, pumps, and rotating equipment.
Replace or repair components including bearings, seals, shafts, and impellers.
Perform electrical testing, alignment, and vibration analysis when required.
Read and interpret schematics, diagrams, and work orders.
Maintain accurate documentation of repairs and parts used.
Operate hand tools, shop machinery, and testing equipment safely.
Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards.
Communicate findings, timelines, and recommendations to supervisors/clients.
