Sycamore Reserve, a 5-star Senior Living Community, is seeking exceptional individuals to join our team. The schedule entails 32 hours per week, from Friday to Monday, 12am-8am.
The Night Concierge will be tasked with delivering exceptional customer service and support to our residents during overnight hours. This role demands outstanding communication skills, a compassionate demeanor, and the capability to manage emergency situations with professionalism and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet and assist residents and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Attend to pager alerts and monitor cameras and ring alerts.
- Respond promptly to emergency situations and cooperate with appropriate authorities if necessary.
- Address residents' requests or concerns throughout the night.
- Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry, vacuuming designated areas, and managing trash cans across all floors.
- Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of common areas throughout the night.
- Undertake early morning duties such as brewing coffee, removing regular coffee, and turning on the TV.
- Collaborate with daytime staff to relay pertinent information or updates.
