Job Title: Night AuditorJob Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Night Auditor to join our dynamic team. As a Night Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment during the overnight hours. This position is perfect for someone who possesses strong organizational skills, a knack for numbers, and a sincere dedication to excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform end-of-day financial reconciliation to ensure accuracy and completeness of daily transactions.
- Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and courteously, addressing any inquiries or issues promptly.
- Prepare, balance, and transmit the day's business figures, reports, and supporting documents.
- Ensure all financial reports are completed accurately and submitted in a timely manner.
- Maintain the safety and security of the hotel guests and staff by monitoring activities and reporting any incidents.
- Handle guest complaints and concerns effectively, ensuring guest satisfaction is maintained.
- Assist with other administrative duties as needed to support the front desk and maintain hotel operations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar role is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
