Salary: $60,000 - 70,000 per year Requirements:

• I prefer candidates with one to five years of proven experience in a role that supports end-users in a troubleshooting capacity.
• Experience assisting remote users across various locations is highly valued.
• An associate degree in a computer-related field is expected; a bachelor’s degree and technical certifications will also be taken into account.
• I am looking for the ability to assist a diverse range of users with varying needs and skill levels.

• I will expect you to provide courteous support to all end users while diligently tracking progress through our ticketing system, regardless of how requests come in—whether by phone, email, in-person, or help desk ticket.
• You will be responsible for the day-to-day support of our local IT infrastructure, including hypervisors, network switches, routers/firewalls, and backup servers.
• You will assist in the daily support of local IT hardware and software by employing best practices and collaborating with peers or management when needed to troubleshoot issues.
• Initial configuration and deployment of hardware and software for our operating companies will be a key task.
• You’ll serve as an escalation point for our L1 team members and will also provide de-escalation support for our L3 team.
• Taking on a technical lead role in local and/or regional projects will be part of your responsibilities.
• Daily involvement in local and regional L2 Team support will be expected.

This is a full-time position offering an annual salary ranging from $60,000.00 to $70,000.00.
