Join our manufacturing team as the go-to expert who keeps complex equipment humming. Your day starts with a quick line walk, checking gauges and listening for anomalies across pumps, motors, die cutters, hydraulic circuits, conveyors, and steam systems. From there, you’ll prioritize work orders, dive into root-cause investigations, and return equipment to peak performance.

What a Typical Day Looks Like

• Diagnose equipment failures, isolate root causes, and execute durable repairs that prevent repeat issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance across rotating equipment, hydraulic systems, conveyors, steam utilities, and related assets to avoid unplanned downtime.
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings to plan and complete work accurately.
• Use the right tools for the job: hand and power tools, welding equipment, forklifts, and cranes for repairs and rebuilds.
• Recommend and implement continuous improvement ideas to reduce downtime and streamline maintenance.
• Document maintenance work, update parts usage, and keep inventory organized.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and partner with production, engineering, and EHS on repairs and upgrades.
• Work safely—every time—following LOTO, proper PPE, and 5-S practices.

What You Bring

• 2+ years of electrical or mechanical maintenance experience (industrial environment preferred).
• High school diploma or GED required; trade school or technical training is a plus.
• Broad knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and facility maintenance.
• Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills; comfortable working independently.
• Hands-on proficiency with hand/power tools, welding, and fabrication.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, maintenance databases/CMMS).
• Forklift and crane operation experience is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, safety-focused, and able to meet deadlines.

Physical & Work Environment

• Lift up to 50 lbs.; bend, stoop, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
• Comfortable in a machine shop environment with variable noise, moving machinery, and occasional fumes or airborne particles.
