Must have strong background in long term care and skilled nursing with a proven clinical track record. Must be able to develop or expand programs or services for residents and show experience with budget planning and execution.As the leader of Care Services, you will be instrumental in leading the team to provide exceptional service to our residents. You will play a vital role in overseeing Assisted Living, Memory Care and Skilled Nursing. This position is also responsible for being an Occupancy Leader as part of the sales and marketing process.
