**Job Title: Entry Level Construction** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Field Technician to monitor pile driving blow counts and test densities across multiple sites in the Baton Rouge area. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for individuals eager to enter the construction industry and develop valuable skills. **Responsibilities** + Monitor pile driving blow counts. + Test densities at multiple construction sites. + Document findings accurately and comprehensively. + Ensure safety protocols are strictly followed. + Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors. **Essential Skills** + Experience in construction. + Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. + Strong documentation skills. + Attention to detail. + Effective communication skills. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Baton Rouge, LA. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
