Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Estimator with strong experience in drywall, painting, metal framing, and foundational scopes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, accurate, and able to work in a fast-paced environment across multiple projects.

Position: Construction Estimator

Location: South Carolina (field and office support)

Availability: Full-time

Languages Required:

English – professional proficiency

Spanish – Preferred

Key Responsibilities

Prepare accurate estimates for drywall, painting, metal framing, and small foundation scopes.

Quantify materials, labor, and equipment based on plans, site visits, and specifications.

Prepare competitive proposals and bids for residential and light commercial projects.

Review architectural plans, engineering documents, and construction drawings.

Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers to obtain pricing.

Assist with project budgeting, value engineering, and cost control.

Support project managers in pre-construction planning and scope clarifications.

Communicate clearly with clients and teams in English and preferably Spanish

Qualifications

Minimum 3+ years of experience in construction estimating.

Strong understanding of drywall, framing, painting, and foundation basics.

Ability to read architectural and structural plans.

Excellent analytical and organizational skills.

Bilingual fluency (English/Spanish) Preferred

Proficiency with estimating software is a plus (Buildertrend, PlanSwift, Bluebeam, etc.).
