Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for Call Center Representative opportunities in San Juan, Puerto Rico. **Responsibilities for a Call Center Representative include but are not limited to:**
+ Handle inbound and outbound calls from providers and members in a professional and courteous manner.
+ Provide accurate information regarding benefits, claims, authorizations, and other healthcare-related inquiries.
+ Document all interactions in the system following internal quality and compliance guidelines.
+ Collaborate with internal departments to ensure prompt resolution of provider issues.
**Candidates for the Call Center Representative must meet the following requirements to be considered:**
+ 1+ years of experience in a related environment (office, administrative, clerical, customer service, etc.) using phones and computers as primary job tools.
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
+ Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
+ Ability to work 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday between 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM

**Pay Details:** $13.00 per hour
