We’re looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Barista to join our team and help us continue to be the go-to spot for our community’s daily caffeine fix.
As a Barista at The Daily Grind Coffee, you’ll be at the heart of our operation, crafting delicious beverages and ensuring every customer leaves with a smile. Here’s a glimpse of your day-to-day responsibilities: - Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso-based drinks with precision and care. - Provide friendly and efficient customer service, creating a welcoming atmosphere for every guest. - Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee bar and seating area. - Operate and maintain coffee equipment to ensure high-quality beverages. - Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed. - Work collaboratively with team members to deliver a smooth and enjoyable experience for customers.
We’re seeking someone who is as passionate about coffee as we are! To thrive in this role, you’ll need: - At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a coffee shop or café setting. - A strong work ethic and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with customers and team members. - Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness. - A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow with us.
